Nyle C. Brady oral history, 1967.

In this interview, Dr. Brady shares his observations of the New York State Sugar beet industry, with particular focus on the contributions of the New York State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Topics include: the efforts by the Department of Agronomy to establish test plots; attempt by the Department of Agricultural Economics to determine the economic feasibility of growing sugar beets in New York, including his impressions of Chase DelMar Kearl's report; funding by PepsiCo and government agencies of the college's investigations; and relations between the college, the Redevelopment Area Organization of Cayuga County (N.Y.) and PepsiCo.
